Adastra Communications Ltd was formed primarily as an engineering consultancy service, with over 15 years experience in the Engineering and Defence industries.

Keen to never stand still and rest on our laurels, in 2016 the company decided to address a clear issue that our engineers and project managers were finding within the industries.
​
The ever burgeoning recruitment industry was addressing vacancies with an indiscriminate approach to providing candidates. Furthermore, recruitment agencies and consultants with little real world engineering experience were struggling to provide the highly filtered sifting that is necessary for "engineering" and "defence" roles

Against this backdrop of problems, we at Adastra Communications Ltd set out to diversify our remit and become fully accredited recruitment specialists for our industry

Now, in addition to the engineering consultancy services we continue to offer, we also provide the scope to work with you on ​filling the key roles within your company

Our business adheres to the Code of Professional Practice required of all REC members which requires basic statutory compliance as well as higher ethical standards
ISO:9001 Accreditation - In process
As an enginerring consultancy, we feel it is vital that we can demonstrate our standards are upheld to the highest scrutiny. Our business is currently undergoing a full ISO:9001 accreditation with the British Standards Institute.
